Recently,I enjoyed myself watching the movie "perfect stranger".The storyline is like that:Rowena Price, one of those journalist for gossipy mags, or if you prefer to upmarket her profession, an investigating journalist who digs people's deepest and darkest secrets. A friend of hers is found murdered, but not before giving her leads that her potential murderer could be Harrison Hill, New York's top advertising executive.So Ro tried all means to get into his company and began the investigation.Add in a jealous assistant in Miles Haley , the plot get more and more twisted, with plenty of sexual innuendos and meanings between lines.
The interesting part of this movie is that in the end,the murderer
is actually Rowena herself.Because in her childhood,her step-father was always sexual maltreat her.Her mother and she could not bear it anymore so they killed him and buried him.Unfortunately,all these were seen by Rowena's best friend and in the late years she used this thing to force Rowena to do everything for her.Rowena can not stand her anymore so she killed her friend.However,all these things is find out by Miles so Rowena decided to kill him just as she killed her friend.Unfortunately again,this seen is seen by her neighbor.It is clear what is waiting for Rowena.I like the twisted plot and surprising ending .Apart from that ,I also learnt some lessons from it.First ,if you want nobody to know your bad secret,the best way is do not have any bad secret.In order to hide her bad secret,Rowena use more and more bad secret to hide her previous one.It is not a bit useful and those bad secrets lead her to death in the end. Second is,in every person's life,there must be something that makes you fearful.Sometimes it is a person,sometimes it is a object.Like Rowena,the things threatened her was her friend or be more accurate, her bad memory of the past.If one cannot get rid of these things,he will be controlled by them all his life time and that will be a very sad thing.So,if one fears about his bad memory,the solution is not trying to hide it I think,it is better for you to "bring it to the sun" and see it correctly.Only in this way will you be released and have a delightful life.
It is worthy to take time to enjoy the story and to get as much as lessons you can get.

Wow! This movie does dound interesting. The plot is the standard murder story, but with a weird twist.
You do a good job of summarizing the story, Bonnie. In a few cases, it seems though that you either borrowed info from another review or used some unusual idiomatic expressions from the disctionary. In the first case, you should always use quotation marks to show which ideas were not originally yours. If you were simply overusing your dictionary, then I might suggest that the idioms be used less frquently as they distract the reader at times.
In any case, thanks for the hard work! I look forward to seing the film thanks to your review!
A good piece of movie review. I'm thinking of watching it some day ha. It sounds not bad, erm, should be quite appealing ha. btw, perhaps it would be better for you to change your blog setting language from chinese to english ha.
It is an awesome movie review.
However, there are some imperfections: first, some of the words are used in informal occasion, while some of the words are used in formal occasion.I hope you can make some correction; second , maybe the proportion of summary is excessive large.
These are all my personal opinions, and you might simply take them for advices.
The plot is so twisted... I think you should write a bit more about your opinion, after all, this is a movie reVIEW lah...

I took a long time to understand the plot
I like the new version. The plot is clearer to me now and your view is very interesting. If one tells a lie, he has to make another 100 lies to cover that lie. I think they are quite similar.
I think I'll watch this film some time.
i think you summarised the movie quite well and it really attracted me,bt i think the most interesting par of th movie should be the sexual-relatd scenes(just kidding,haha.. :P)..okay,back yo serious business(i think Mr BB wants to see constructive coments) I'm quite surprised you love these kind of movie plots too. These kind of movies have always been my favourite of all,but i didn't watched this one before..I like the twisting plot in the movie,,when u try to guess it throughout the process,until finally you know the truth,its really very exciting,isn't it?! Next time remember to recommend to me if you found anymore interesting movies,ok?i guess we share the same interest in movies..However,i think you should be careful of your language,generally its quite good,but you still have some minor mistakes here and there,brush it up,ok? looking forward to your next post!

Yup, i agree with Vicent. You have to take note of the choice of words. Otherwise, it is a very interesting movie review . I have always like movies by Bruce willis!
